The Plug Loyalty Program
The Plug Rewards is our customer loyalty program designed to reward customers every time they shop.
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent & double points on the weekends, making every $1 spent worth 2 points Shop. Earn. Get Rewarded.
How It Works
1. SHOP
Make a purchase at The Plug and earn points on every eligible dollar spent.
2. EARN
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent, including tax.
Points can also be earned when purchasing discounted or promotional items.
3. REDEEM
Every 100 points = $1 in rewards.
Once a customer has at least 100 points, available rewards can be redeemed toward an eligible purchase.
There is a $1 minimum redemption, equivalent to 100 points.
Plug Rewards
EARNING POINTS
Members earn: 1 point for every $1 spent & double points on the weekends, making every $1 spent worth 2 points
Points are earned on:
- Product purchases
- Discounted products
- Promotional products
- Applicable taxes included in the final transaction total
Points earned from a transaction are added to the member’s loyalty balance for use on a future transaction.
*There is no expiration date on earned points.
Reward: $1 store credit
Reward: $5 store credit
Reward: $10 store credit
Reward: $25 store credit
Reward: $50 store credit
REDEEMING REWARDS
Customers may redeem previously earned points during their current transaction.
Minimum Redemption: 100 points / $1 reward
Rewards may be combined with other eligible discounts and promotions.
IMPORTANT REDEMPTION RULE
Points earned during the current transaction cannot be redeemed toward that same transaction.
For example, if a customer enters checkout with 500 existing points, they may redeem those points during the purchase.
Any additional points earned from that purchase are added to their account after the transaction and become available for redemption on their next purchase.
PROGRAM RULES
$1 spent = 1 point
100 points = $1 reward
100 points / $1
Points do not expire.
Customers earn points on applicable taxes.
Customers continue earning points when purchasing discounted or promotional items.
Loyalty rewards may be combined with other eligible discounts and promotions.
Previously earned rewards may be redeemed on the current transaction. Points earned from the current transaction cannot be redeemed until a future purchase.
