No. The Plug is an adult-use recreational cannabis dispensary. You do not need a medical marijuana card to shop with us. All customers must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID when required.
Customers must have a valid government-issued photo ID showing that they are 21 or older. Accepted forms of identification may include a driver’s license, state-issued identification card, passport, IDNYC, or other qualifying government-issued photo identification.
Yes. You do not need to be a New York resident to purchase adult-use cannabis from a licensed New York dispensary. As long as you’re 21 or older and have an accepted form of identification, you can shop in store with us.

The individual picking up an adult-use cannabis order must meet applicable age and identification requirements. For orders placed under a specific customer’s information, additional verification may be required at pickup.
There is no minimum purchase required for pickup.

Yes. The Plug offers cannabis delivery to eligible locations within our current delivery service area of all five boroughs.

Yes. Cannabis delivery is limited to adults 21 and older, and identification is verified as part of the delivery process.

No. Cannabis delivery orders cannot simply be left unattended at a door, mailbox, lobby, or other location.
An eligible person 21 or older must be present to receive the delivery and complete the required identification verification.
New York permits cannabis deliveries to qualifying short- and long-term residences. Individual properties may have their own rules or restrictions, so customers should confirm that delivery can be received at their location before ordering.
Cannabis delivery may be made to eligible private businesses in New York, subject to applicable regulations and the property’s own policies.
No. New York cannabis delivery cannot be completed to a customer inside a motor vehicle.
No. Cannabis deliveries must be made to an eligible physical address and cannot be completed in public spaces such as parks, school grounds, community centers, houses of worship or other prohibited locations.

Delivery times depend on your location, order volume and the delivery window you select.
Available delivery windows and estimated timing will be provided when you order. We recommend keeping your phone nearby in case our delivery team needs to contact you.
Order status notifications may be sent by text or through our delivery platform as your order is processed and dispatched. Call our store if you are not receiving updates.
Because cannabis cannot be left unattended, someone eligible to receive the order must be available when your driver arrives.
PAYMENT
Available payment methods may differ between in-store, pickup and delivery orders. Current options will be displayed during checkout.
Because cannabis remains federally regulated differently from other retail products, traditional credit-card processing may not be available for cannabis purchases.
New York requires cannabis delivery orders to be prepaid before dispatch. Cash cannot be handed to a delivery employee as payment for a cannabis delivery order.

A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is a laboratory report containing information about a cannabis product’s tested composition and results.
All of our cannabis products sold include a QR code or link on their packaging that allows you to access the product’s COA.
Flower is dried cannabis that can be smoked or vaporized.
Pre-rolls are ready-to-use joints filled with cannabis flower, while infused pre-rolls may contain cannabis concentrate in addition to flower.
Vapes contain cannabis oil or concentrate designed for vaporization.
Edibles are cannabis-infused foods, beverages, gummies and other ingestible products.

THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, is one of the primary cannabinoids found in cannabis and is responsible for many of its intoxicating effects.
Higher THC does not necessarily mean a product will provide a better experience. Product format, serving size, cannabinoids, terpenes and individual tolerance can all influence how cannabis affects you.
Terpenes are naturally occurring aromatic compounds found in cannabis and many other plants. They’re responsible for many of the aromas and flavors associated with different cannabis strains.

Yes! The Plug Rewards lets you earn points when you shop and turn those points into savings on future purchases.
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent, including applicable tax and purchases of eligible discounted or promotional products.
Every 100 points earns $1 in rewards that can be redeemed toward a future purchase.
No. Your Plug Rewards points do not expire.
Previously earned rewards can be redeemed on your current purchase. Points earned from the purchase you’re currently making become available afterward and cannot be redeemed against that same transaction.
The minimum redemption amount is $1, or 100 points.
Yes. Plug Rewards can be combined with eligible discounts and promotions unless otherwise stated.
Yes. Eligible discounted and promotional purchases still earn Plug Rewards points.
Yes. Applicable tax included in your eligible purchase counts toward the points you earn.
You can view your Dutchie loyalty points and activity online by logging into your dispensary’s e-commerce menu and navigating to My Account > Loyalty > Activity.

CANNABIS LAWS & RESPONSIBLE USE
Adults 21 and older in New York may possess up to 3 ounces of cannabis and up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis. Dispensaries must follow applicable state purchasing and possession limits.
No. Cannabis consumption is not permitted inside the dispensary unless the location is specifically licensed for on-site consumption.
No. Never drive or operate a vehicle while impaired by cannabis. Plan ahead and use a sober driver, rideshare, taxi, or public transportation when necessary.
Cannabis should not be transported across state lines. Even when cannabis is legal in another state, transporting cannabis across state borders can violate federal law.
Keep cannabis products securely stored, preferably locked, and completely out of reach of children and pets. Keep products in their original packaging so important labeling and product information remain available.
